Lodging fees (full time):

Individual and immediate family rates:

  • Dorm room, single person, shared occupancy: $135 (including high school students)
  • Dorm room, single person, single occupancy: $175

Family rates:

  • Dorm suite (2 rooms/4 twin beds/1 bath): $385
  • Dorm suite, 4 bedroom (8 twin beds/1 bath/living room): $500
  • Lodge, 2 bedroom (4 twin beds/1 bath/living room/kitchenette): $460
  • Lodge, 3 bedroom (6 twin beds/2 baths/living room/kitchenette): $500

Meal and program fees (full time):

The fixed fee for meals and program is based on the age of the conferee.

  • Adult (age 12 and up): $125
  • Youth (age 5 through 11): $98
  • Child (age 4 and under): $35

Part Time Rates:

Options for part time attendance are also available.

  • Lodging for those attending part time is available in the dorms. The fee is $33/day shared occupancy, or $46/day single occupancy (shared bath).
  • Meals are $23/day for those age 12 and older and $16/day for youth age 5 through 11. There is no charge for meals for children age four and younger.
  • The program fee for part time attendance is $12/day for all ages.

Off-Campus Rates:

Off-campus rates for ages 12 and up are $35/day with meals and $12/day without meals. Rates for ages 5 through 11 are $28/day with meals or $12/day without meals. Age 4 and below is $12 with or without meals.

Examples:

  • Individual adult, shared room: $135 for twin bed in dorm suite, $125 for adult meal and program: $260 total.
  • Individual adult, non-shared room: $175 for room in dorm suite, $125 for adult meal and program: $300 total.
  • Family of four (two parents plus two youth), in dorm suite: $385 for dorm suite, $250 for adult meal and program, $196 for youth meal and program: $831 total.
  • Family of five (two parents , two youth, one child), in 2BR lodge: $460 for lodge suite, (child on floor or in crib) $250 for adult meal and program, $196 for youth meal and program, $35 for child meals and program: $939 total.
  • Family of five (two parents, one high school, two youth), in dorm suite plus high school student with high school group: $385 for dorm suite, $135 for individual (shared) room, $375 for adult and high school meals and program, $196 for youth meals and program: $1091 total.

All rooming requests are subject to review by the registrars. In general, lodge suite rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. After you register, the registrars will review your requests and email you with any questions or adjustments.

Remember…

As noted above, the date you register will be considered in making assignments of special rooms. Registration closes on May 21, 2012. All attendees are required to pay in full no later than July 2, 2012. This is necessary due to guaranteed attendance and meal counts that must be provided to the host in advance of our arrival. Registrants not paid in full by this deadline will have their registrations cancelled. Registration fees will not be refunded after July 2.
