Registration Overview
Indiana Wesleyan University offers several different room configurations. All of the rooms are air conditioned. The variety in the way rooms are configured and connected means there are choices to make regarding where your family will fit best. Click here for more information on Room Types.
Since there are multiple rooming options, the fee structure for the conference is comprised of two pieces: “Lodging” and “Meals and Program.” Your total fee to attend the conference will include both pieces. Click here for more information about Fees.
Family Rates
New to our conference this year, lodging discounts are available for immediate families. IWU defines an immediate family as “those with the same permanent address”. Family rates are available for dorm suites as well as 2 and 3 bedroom lodge suites.
The savings are most substantial in dorm suites as shown in the following example. Four individuals in a dorm suite would pay 4 x $135 = $540 for their room (plus meals and program fees); a family of four with the same permanent address would pay $385 for the dorm suite (plus meals and program fees); a savings of $155.
For those families that bring a friend, or if extended families have cousins that wish to room together, the non immediate family member will pay the single person lodging rate of $135 for their accommodations. This is in addition to the family rate for the dorm or lodge suite.
This discount is subject to the rules established by IWU; RP International conference staff is required to adhere to them. There will not be any exceptions. All rooming requests are subject to review by the registrars. In general, lodge suite rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. After you register, the registrars will review your requests and email you with any questions or adjustments.
As noted above, the date you register will be considered in making assignments of special rooms. Registration closed on May 21, 2012. All attendees are required to pay in full no later than July 2, 2012. This is necessary due to guaranteed attendance and meal counts that must be provided to the host in advance of our arrival. Registrants not paid in full by this deadline will have their registrations cancelled. Registration fees will not be refunded after July 2.
