Include the “Registration ID” number which is shown above.
You may also pay online with a credit or debit card through Authorize.Net. To do so, go to online payment page of the Conference site and follow the instructions.
If your deposit is not received within ten days, your registration will be considered effective the day the deposit is received.
Payment in full is due by July 2, 2012.
You may now return to the home page or to the online payment page.
This panel is where you'll see a discussion of the current step in the registration process. Check here as you proceed to each new step.
The "Estimated fees" panel that's just above this will automatically update as you make changes. Of course, this may not be accurate until you've entered all your information, but it does give you a view of the current state of things.
Before you start, read through all the information on the "Register" tab of this site. Read the pages under that tab, such as Overview, Room Types, Fees, Things to Know, and Questions and Answers.
The Primary Contact is the address to which correspondence will be sent; an adult in the household being registered. A confirmation email will be sent to the Email address entered here, so please enter it carefully and be sure to check for email at that address after you submit your registration. This email address will also be used by the registrars for any follow-up correspondence, so please advise the registrars of any changes.
We need Responsible Person information if you are a high school student who is attending the conference without a parent in attendance; you must provide their name and contact information (or their registration ID) in the space near the bottom of this page (see Q&A #6). The responsible person must agree to their role in advance, must be at least 21 years of age, and must be in attendance at the conference the entire time you (the student) are there. The Primary Contact at the top of this page may be different; the Primary Contact should be whoever is responsible for your fees (for example, your parents).
If you are registering as a family and are bringing anyone under age 18 with you, you are assuming full responsibility for those minors. See Q&A #27.
Here you request your rooms. All beds are twin size (single). In general, everyone age four and over must have a bed.
| There are two ways one can be roomed, and they are fundamentally different: | |
| - | As an individual - someone requesting a bed. This is similar to the way everyone was roomed in years past. Single adults, high school, and college students will generally use this area, as will children who need beds outside their family suite. "Dorm Room SHARED" means you will be sharing a room with a roommate (required for high school); "Dorm Room SINGLE" means you're paying to have a room to yourself (but sharing a bathroom). |
| - | In a family suite. Indiana Wesleyan University allows a discount for people with the same permanent address who share a suite. |
People who are in a family suite but have a different permanent address from the others in the suite are not included in the family fee for the suite, so must pay an additional fee equivalent to the "Dorm Room Shared" rate. The number of such people (if any) should be shown in the "In a Family Suite, but Family Discount does not apply" entry. Several examples of this are discussed on the questions and answers page. Please provide more information in the "Rooming Instructions" blank. Note that such people may register and pay this fee separately from the family registering the suite; both forms should then have details in "Rooming Instructions".
A limited number of four-bedroom dorm suites and two- and three-bedroom lodge suites are available. They'll be reserved in general on a first-come, first-served basis, with preference given to families who need to have small children together, or who would otherwise need to split into multiple dorm rooms.
The lodge suites are considered premium housing, providing a living room, microwave oven, and a refrigerator. Meal fees still apply.
