1) Fees: When
registering for the full time rate, this includes your room, board and
conference expenses for the entire time. If you register for the daily
rate (i.e. $57 for an adult) this also includes your room/board and
conference expenses for the day. If you register for off-campus, you
will designate whether the rate will or will not include meals - these
off-campus rates include the conference fee.
2) Rooms: All rooms are designed with two twin sized beds. Two rooms and a shared bathroom constitute a suite.
3) Roommates:
For those designating a roommate/suitemate, both/all parties need to
indicate that on their registration form. This is particularly
important for college and high school age attendees. Both roommates
must indicate the names of each other in order for us to assign you as
roommates. Married couples will automatically be given their spouse as
their room mate - they do not have to indicate that on the form.
4) Prepayment:
For those who prepay in full before July 11, you will be notified of
the dorm and room number(s) prior to your arrival at the conference. If
you will be traveling after July 11 and not receiving mail at home or
e-mail, please check with the registrar assistants to find out your
room assignments IF you have paid in full.
5) Part-time and Off-Campus Registration: We have added a supplemental registration form for those who will be
attending part-time or staying off-campus. Please contact the
registrars if you are interested in this form.
6) For those staying on-campus both full time and daily charges include meals, room, linens, towels, insurance and registration. Off campus registrations do not include meals unless designated on the off-campus registration form. Please contact the registrars if you need a part-time, off-campus registration form.
7) Meals begin Saturday evening, July 19 and end Thursday evening, July 25.
